Skyway Usa Satellite Internet Liars and incompetents double billers ripoff Lousiville Kentucky

I tried these guys out two years ago as they had a cheaper price than the hughes or the dish system satelite internet providers.

First issue was they were taken over in the night by people who used the billing info to charge me again for the same service.

Then they changed software and the old stuff was locked into my computer rendering it no good. I then actually bought a new machine because they convinced me that my comp was incapabley old and to blame.

Then no less than twenty hours a week on the phone with tech who were stupid or just ignorant but I add stupid because they expected me to beleive the B.S. they were saying. It was pathetic for real. Anyway months of off and barley on again service later during this time they put the owner on with me several times Micheal was his name. I tried to get his last name to no avail. They never responded to emails or have a funtional web presence. Then they got on a new sat and needed to repoint but had no one to do it, I heard that they ripped off a bunch of installers so they cant get anyone, go figure.

Finally the guys they sent pointed me on the hairy edge and I received solicitation from a copetiter in the mail almost the next day!

It is all about ponzi this *cough*service as recently I have caught them trying to double bill me again. I asked at satellite guys.net and found that the technology they use is highly unstable and that the down time excuses they gave me were just lies to cover up their incompetence or bad technology.

I am in a rural area (no broadband or cable) and not made of money but shame on me I guess for hanging with them so long.. I feel guilty because my neighbor saw the dish with the name and is caught up in their crap as well.

I am about to charge em back on my cc though so that will feel good. STAY AWAY FROM SKYWAYUSA!!!
