November 15th, 2007 I moved out of my home for renovations that were to take 2 months, 3 months max to complete. It is now 2 years later and my house is not livable.

The contractor has abandoned the job. He has kept my personal property and removed a door and air handle from my home. He didn't pay any of the subs and I'm being sued and my house is close to foreclosure. According to Dunn and Bradstreet there are 4 judgements against the company totalling over $800,000 and my suit against the is for $107,000. He flunked all but one of the inspections by the city and he continued to work. He put on a partial roof after failing the truss inspection. He never had most of the work he inspected at all.
