I traveled to Ft Lauderdale Florida in August 2012 and i went to sleek med spa for a consultation for a tummy tuck surgery, I was seen by the surgical coordinator, i believe her name was Dawn and then a follow up by Dr Every La Grasso, M.D. I was quoted a price and was asked to make a deposit of $500.00 to keep the price quoted which i did paid using my credit card. I then in turn ask the cashier if she can set up an automatic payment that they can take out $150.00 monthly  from that same credit card until the date of my procedure which was to be on December 3rd 2012. I called the office a month before the surgery and spoke to Olivia Szparski  to confirm for the surgery and was told that the Dr will call me back. I waited 2-3 weeks for that call and never recieved a call. I called sleek med spa on may occasion  to confirm a date for my surgery and only getting a recording, I then tried calling the cooperate office and get the same recording. i called all the other locations and same error message. I then called my credit card company and reported the issue and was told that they still existed but under the new name Transformare Fifth Ave, I was given a number not realizing that the number which they had register was exactly the same number Sleek Med Spa, i knew it was not a working number and i went online and get a new number. I called the number and i spoke to the same Olivia girl and started relating my issues to her, she told me that they are not Sleek med spa and that they are Transformare Fifth Ave. I said to her I know you all are under a new name but its the same owner and i would like to know about my money i started paying for my surgery and how can i get a . She said that i will have to go after sleek med spa as everyone is suing them, I told her if it is like that who give to them my information and why are they taking monies from my credit card, and who authorized them to withdraw money from my credit card, she said she'll have a manager call me and she took my number, to this present day i keep calling and only been told that someone will get in touch with me. I'm still awaiting this call, please review my issues and look into this scams that is being run by this company. thank you concern citizen.
