I ordered on the ninth of August Sling because of football preseason.  They advertised football and when I ordered they didn't show football just old football no name games from who knows where.

 

I went online the next day and cancelled.  Some girl name Destinee (with two ee's) and a week later I am charged $32.48 and they will not refund.

My question is that did they also advertise that you could get a refund if you cancel the service? If not, then I don't see it as a rip off. Refund is a courtesy of the seller, not a right. Seller may or may not refund their product when you buy it.
