I'm sorry you are frustrated.  In the beginning you wanted work that you could not afford and because you were a former aquaintance of my wife's I tried to help you get what you wante by giving you half of the work without charging you for the labor, only parts.  Becuase of this I explained to you that I would work on your project in between others that were paying full price for their work and that it would take time. Since you had expressed you unhappyness I offered to put everyone else's fullpaying projects aside to complete yours.  Unfortunately, you now decided that you don't want the car anymore and would like a refund. I have made offers to refund your money but you refused all of them.  I've made every effort to remedy this situation and you have refused all of them and are not sueing me to get your money back which I already offered and now I'm stuck with a car that has no value even after it's completed.  It's unfortunate that you are seeking claim I took your money when you are the one that pulled out of our agreement and now are trying to tarnish my new business.  I closed my automotive business for the exact reason that everyone, including yourself, want work for free and not willing to pay for my expertise or can't afford to have it done in the first place.  You have clearly let your emotions and your mental state get the best of you.
