Alternate Aves - Premier Corps - Andre Smith - Alternate Aves - Premier Corps stole $3600 of our money for trade lines and has also ignored our phone calls and emails Canoga Park California

My husband and I also enlisted the services of Alternate Aves/Premier Corps Inc. which is owned by Mr. Andre Smith (aka Dre) on September , 2008. We sent him $3600 to add three trade lines for establishment of our business. We were told by Dre that it would take approximately 3-4 weeks for these trade lines to reflect on our credit report.

One month went by and no trade lines. We contacted Dre by phone and were told that because of the economy, it was taking longer to get these trade lines from banks and that he would give us 4 additional trade lines free of charge because of the delay.

Needless to say, another month went by and no trade lines. We contacted Dre by email to ask for a refund of our money and initially he responded by asking us to contact him by phone. But every time we tried to call him, his voice mail was full and would not allow us to leave a message.

We have tried to contact him by email several times throughout the months of November to the present without any response by Dre. So we are left with no choice, but to report him because he has stolen our money.

My husband and I are extremely upset and disappointed that Mr. Smith has depicted himself as being a man who owns a company that always provides 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If this was the case, then as a professional, he would have contacted us to settle this dispute. All that we are asking for is a full refund of our $3600 which is in the contract that we signed.

We have been left with no choice, but to file a complaint not only with this website, but also the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission.
