Smart Sytle Salon/Walmart Treatment of disabled child Statesboro Georgia

I took my 11 year old grandson to have his hair cut he has asperbergers sydrome and I told the lady in the salon over and over you can not use any clippers she said ok she would not has soon as she got him in the chair she used clippers which upset my grandson(he has a sensitivity to the noise they make and the nerves in his body can't stand the movement) when he complained and moved his head she told him to get out of the chair that he was acting like a baby and needed to grow up that she didn't have time to fool with him-my grandson didn't understand what he did wrong--I was promised no clippers or shavers and that is what they used his neck became very red because he is so sensitive and he was put out of the shop. Can these people do this to a disabled child???
