Last June 2009 (first week) I received an email from smartorganicproducts.com about a product which stops hair loss. I ordered a trial sample for free, as advertised in first screen.It took me to second screen asking if I want a stronger strength product which sells for $44.92. I bought the product after going through several screens using my credit card. Nothing was mentioned about other charges which I will incur.
In June 17, 2009 I was charged $87.95 from my credit card which I contested and rerported to the credit card company as an unathorized charge. I was again charged $34.96 last July 7, 2009 which I also reported to the credit card as unauthorized transaction.
I was not able to contact the merchant to air my complaint on the telephone numbers they gave.
I stopped using the product after 4 weeks of trial. The product does not work for me. I experienced itchy scalp and thinning hair using the product.
