I bought their digital picture viewer, model SPDPF84M about a year ago. At some point it got  separated from the AC power adapter. We have several around, and I don't know which one is theirs. There is no information on the picture viewer itself about what the specs are for the AC adapter. Nor is there this information in their online PDFs. So I needed to find this simple information. I went to their website at www.smartpartsproducts.com. There they have an email address you're supposed to use for customer support. I sent an email to techsupport@smartpartsproducts.com. It was returned as undeliverable. I tried again ten days later, with the same result. In the meantime I called their 'customer support phone number' and got a recording. No call is returned.

So it doesn't matter what my problem is. They don't respond and are unreachable.

Will never buy another product from them and will spread the word.
