I searched online to find the best trade in amount for my iphone 5s 64gb gold phone.  this company offered the most, got a quote, got my mailer and off it went.

this phone was always covered,no scratches, no marks, perfect working order..

i was promised 239 bucks for it.

i received an email advising theri company had received my phone and it was being reviewed

i received an email advising the condition it was in would warrant a 39.00 payment???

this is nothing near the amount i was promised.

i have traded in my previous phones via online and have always received the amount promised.

#1 Consumer Suggestion

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO ACCEPT THEIR OFFER!!!

AUTHOR: Nicole - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, December 09, 2015

I am going through the same thing with them! Hopefully this helps... I was quoted at $203 & received an email that they were only paying me $14. Too bad for them, I actually read the terms and conditions. You are allowed 5 days to accept or reject their counter offer. If you do not respond within the 5 days, they go ahead and process the payment. If I were you, don't even bother emailing. I mean you can, just to have it in writing but it's useless, they won't respond. I emailed them back within less than an hour and called them the next afternoon. When I spoke to them, they claimed they never got my email. They'll act surprised that the difference in quotes is so significant and try to explain why. In my case, they said my vibrate button wasn't working and they'd have to take the whole thing apart to fix it.

Funny because I never had a problem with my phones volume or vibration, but anyway, then they'll pull up competitors prices. In my case it was $15-$60 for my iPhone 5s 16gb. I was insanely frustrated with them and the way they conducted business so I continued to insist for my phone back. I believe she may have offered $70 but no way was I letting this unprofessional company make money off of me. After trying every possible way to make me change my mind and my insistence on sending back my phone, she finally agreed to ship it back. It won't be processed for shipping for another 5 days and then it'll take about 10 business days to ship so I'm looking at getting my phone back by the end of the month.

When I hung up, I got an email from them that was confirming that they'd send my phone out but they were offering me a limited time best and final offer of $70. Normally, I would've taken the $70 but like I said, I don't like the way they conduct business so I rejected that too. So my advice to you, get them on the phone before your 5 days are up! You can either get your phone back and sell it elsewhere or you can probably get them to significantly increase your offer. However, I really don't see this company paying out more than $100 so don't get your hopes up too high.
