smartphonestore77 Sowaytech they didn't refund me Internet

Hello,

i have a serious problem with an item that i bought on ebay at 23/04/2012.The item was a defective cell phone so i send it back to the seller 3 days after i received it at 25/05/2012 (the track ID is RE126545952GR).

I have the proof from my local post office that the item has been delivered at 12/06/2012 but the seller doesn't refund me.

1)MY ID on ebay is dopas1988.
2)Item number|colon|180867851487
(New Samsung Galaxy S i897 Captivate 3G GPS 5MP WIFI Android 1GHzSMARTPHONE).
3)The cost was 217,50$|plus|15$ the shipping and i paid with paypal.
4)The seller's ID is smartphonestore77

So please do something.The seller is a fraud and i notice from his feedback that he has done the same thing many times.
