The facts are I hired Amy Gottesman the CEO of Smash Party Entertainment to provide eventertainment for my over $50,000 event. The facts are the entertainment was to be at the venue before 4:15 and didn't arrive until after 7:20p.m. (more than 3 hrs late) I have my contract, proof of payment, e-mails and witness statements for any potienal clients to review. The facts are that Amy did not show up at the event nor was she reachable by phone when her entertainment didn't arrive on time.

The facts are the next day Amy Gottesman started calling me names, sent aggressive e-mails, started posting slanderous lies as you can see by the above reply. I'm her client that paid her to provide entertainment and they didn't show up on time. Instead of Ms. Gottesman dealing with the business problem and the facts, she has turned to being unprofessional, unethical and to the point that our legal team is looking into our options of crimnal charges. I've worked for the same company for 14 years ( Yellow Pages ).

Can you imagine a business owner acting this way about a truthful negative review? Is this something you want to deal with if there is any type of problem? The facts are she will not sign the contract in case you take legal action against her. The facts are the contract is written that if no entertainment shows up you still have to pay her...total scam. Smash Party Entertainment is being run from Amy Gottesman home according to the NYTimes(how low budget). Ms. Gottesman is not talking about the facts and is acting very unprofessional and unethical. I'm the client and this company did not preform what and when they were suppose to and Amy Gottesman from her home based bussiness is on the attack.

This is what I had to deal with on the night of my $50,000 event and why you should avoid this company. She will not sign her own contract. She is currently being investigated. She has made all kinds of threats, slanderous replies and lies and I'm a client that just wants the entertainment he paid for to have performed and entrance that he agreed to. The review by Mr. William (Billy) Ash about our company (Smash Party Entertainment Inc.) is negative, inflammatory and libelous. His review is part of a campaign to flood social media to extort funds that he is not entitled to. We will not get into details of Mr. Ash’s complaint but we strongly however dispute his assertions and have hard evidence, including emails, phone recordings and witness statements, to refute his false allegations.
