Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

I became a member a few months ago, only to find out. That it was nothing of what they stated. First off it was to cost 314.00 and this was to be a merchents account, which later I would find out. That for this sum I would get a DVD about the company, some cataloges and order forms. That about covered it. Then I found out to have a merchent account they will charge me another 19.95 a month this will be a service charge for them handling my accounts payable. Now this was also misleading in statements. I would also find that it was not to do a webpage as I was told, but only to open the account and the few supplys sent to me. FOr another charge I would have a webpage, now this is more or less a nothing page that I would be charged another 19.95 a month for as well as a account would be opened that each month would be charged to my bank account to pay for items sold off the page. Now the page was nothing more then a page to sell gift cards, that people could come to the page buy the card and give it to a friend or family. THen they would come to my page and send what was on the card. My payment for this would be a percent of the cost of the gift card and nothing more. They also didnt inform me that a business account would be needed, and in my state to open such a account I needed to file with the state and then take that to the bank to open the account. Now so far with each of these things it has cost me close to 1000.00 dollars and not a dime has came from it. The so called couch they offer informed me once, it takes spending money to make money. Well I sell houses for a living and know this all to well. But it also takes a company that does not mislead its members and flat out lie to get money. Which I didnt have with ease to do this.When I did call the couch when things with this so called webpage didnt work, I was told she couldnt help me with it call tech support. I called them and they helped but the page is still useless. Things cannot be changed as stated to me, and the password and account user stuff is not right, so logging in well it isnt going to happen. I have been lied to, mislead, and taken for one big ride.

I'm the Corporate Agent for Ghersini Enterprises, Inc. I'm a SMC Distributor, I bought A license to Sell and Distribute SMC products in 2003, and I have a Full Service Website, Not only capable of accepting Credit cards but for those with Questions about security it can also process PayPal orders, even though I don't handle credit cards directly. Whatever. I had troubles in the beginning then I figure out what it was to acually own my own business, be responsible for every aspect of it's success, I can tell you this there's no pie in the sky free lunch, it's a business that takes personal involvement, you being in Real Estate should know that the key to any kind of success is in advertisement and if your too busy, hire someone to handle it and that includes fixing what ever little problems you might have with accessing your night manager and here's a tip your website account number is not the same as your SMC membership number, Personally I can't figure out why anyone working Real Estate would want with an SMC distributorship, but to each their own. the maketplace might be saturated but I'm still here prossesing orders and no one has any complaints about the business or late deliveries or returns.

I guess it comes down to who's taking care of business and who you do business with... SMC is OK by me....
