Smile Direct Club Didn't deliver promised results

Signed up and paid for service. Used aligners for 6 months as directed. About 4 months in, I could tell teeth were not moving as expected because alingners fit poorly. Contaced company as was told to proceed through series of aligners.
At the end, I contacted them with my compaints and sent pictures but they won't respond. Once they have your money and send aligners, you're on your own. They don't want to hear any negative feedback. Before beginning, you send pictures and send impressions of your teeth.
I did that and they said "you're a candidate". The only thing they are concerned with is taking your money. Expensive misatke. Wish I never heard of Smile Direct Club.

Could you please send before and after pictures of the services if you are claiming that they did not work?
It seems that everyone on here has something to say, but never shows proof of their dental work being negatively impacted.
I used the service and had a negative impact on the aligners and it actually caused misalignment of my bite. I would show proof that this happened if I thought about sending a complaint about it.
Can you send the before and after pictures?
