Smith and Dean and Associaes David Baker Illegal threats Jacksonville, Florida

I got a phone call from David Baker whom workers for Smith and Dean and Associates. He left a voice meggage that I saved on my cell phone. He said that they were two charges pending for theft by check, which is 3rd degree felony. And I had 30 minutes to call him to let him know if I can come up with the $380 I owed to Cashtime. I maded several call and came up with the money.

I had to get 3 payday loans and put my car title up to come up with the money. I had to send the money by Moneygram Expresspayments services. I went to Walmart and I got my recient as proof that I paid. He told me to call the office to comfirm the referance number.

I got home and did some research and found out that what they were doing is against the law and where was a lawsuit  against them for breaking Federal Trade Commission Laws. I call this lawyer Jeremy Kespohl who is going to handle my case.

I am reporting this so other people who get a phone call from these people to don't fall for this. And I have read other cases about them threating to take they children away from them and used the same threat that David used on me. I want others to know what is going on and I am sueing them for haressment and for threating me.
