Smith Legal Group/ Kurt Smith Kurt Smith Did not show up to trial sent his associate Mark Anderson instead, who I never met before trial, Did not prepare a defense, did not file a fee oppsition and My exs attorney was awarded over 25k, then he put a lien on my house and was awarded almost $3500 when i only owed him $1500 and didnt pay cause he didnt show up. Hired Kurt Smith after my Attorney shot himself right beofre trial....
Did not show up to trial sent his associate Mark Anderson instead, who I never met before trial, (And i guess he pawns most of his clients off on himand does not do that grat of a job). Did not prepare a defense, did not sit down and go over my evidance, did not file a fee oppsition and My exs attorney was awarded over 25k, then he put a lien on my house and was awarded almost $3500 when I only owed him $1500 and didnt pay cause he didnt show up.
DO not hire these guys they will not do the Job and will just take your money!
