Smith-Sights LLC Takes money in advance for items they do not have in stock not listed on their website Internet

I placed an internet order with Smith-Sights on Nov. 8th, 2016. I paid for the order through paypal as this is the only way they accept pament. On the 15th of November I emailed the company requesting a shipping conformationa and tracking numbers as it had been a week since I had placed the order. I received an email stating that my order could not be shipped for 60 days because they did not have the front sight I needed in stock.

My issue is that they took my money up front and did not contact me that they could not fulfill my order even though they took and were planning to keep my money. I feel this is a very bad business practice and I am somewhat sure I would not have heard from the company about the delay unless I had contacted them.

I feel that this is an unacceptable business practice and I will not do business with them in the future.
