On December the 6th, I placed an order thru Groupon with SMK24.com.

I paid a little over $40 to purchase a Vapor Kit as a gift for the Holidays for someone.

It seemed to go fine. I redeemed my voucher easily, my verification eMail shows I printed no mistakes.

I get a Tracking Number a couple days in which I monitor close.

SMK24 itself is located in North Miami, or so it claims - I have not looked into them that far.

So shipping to me in South Miami would take nothing flat.

As I am watching tracking, I noticed it suddenly claimed to be undeliverable.

It showed it made an attempt to deliver to Zip Code that was not mine. . .

This meant a not-valid or exsisting address if coupled with the rest of my correct address.

So USPS automatically resorts to sending the package back to SMK24.

I have proof from USPS of this, as they sent me an email notice of it being shipped back to SMK24.

And I spoke to two agents who assured me it was sent to a wrong Zip.


So I tried to call the SMK24 phone number on their site.

Never once in all this time of trying has it been answered. And that's what MANY customers said.

I tried to write their email to get some support? It directs me to use their ZenDesk.

I write to them on ZenDesk but go without replies for days on end.

An the reply I get? Just them copy and pasting my valid address and telling me that's what is on file.

Ignoring I explained the wrong Zip, and when they reply even longer after to that?

It is just to claim their printing is autopmated and could not have been wrong.

Til I showed them the USPS email as proof . . .


A month later they decide to ship my item again. Two days ago or so.

Guess what tracking just showed me?

They shipped it to THE SAME WRONG ZIP AGAIN. STILL not my Zip Code.


So they have my payment. They have my phone number, and valid address.

They do not overnight the correct package by hand as result of mistake #1.

They do not call me to speak to me about said issue.

They answer no calls, no emails, nearly no posts online.


Actually? I wrote on their Facebook about this a week+ ago.

Other Customers told me they were in the same boat of no package coming;

or getting broken goods and no reply for fixed issues.

SMK24 then deleted my comment and the others -

and blocked all posts from being made to their page!


So they are dodging me and others left and right.

I now have to fight Groupon to reverse my payment and get my money back.

And have been aggrivated to a whole new level with this thief of a company.

 I had no problem at all with my order from SMK24. I also redeemed a Groupon for the Atmos Optimus kit. I put the order in on March 24, 2014. It shipped on the 27th and I received it here in Wisconsin on April 1st. I think there is more to your situation than you let on.
