I have 2 orders I am waiting for from Smoke On Sale. The first two orders I placed I have received. These are the next two orders I have placed and not received yet.
Order #1 (100004904) placed 11-30-10, payment of 168.00 cleared on 12-20-10 and 1-31-11. Still have not received. A double payment was debited under this order number.
Order #2 (100005095) placed 1-14-11, payment of 168.00 was debited from my bank account but they do not show it cleared yet.
When are we going to receive these? I have called the post office and they are not holding anything for us. I have sent 6 emails and not one has been answered. I also have left 2 messages on their voice mail and no call backs. What is going on with this company? Please help!
