Smokers-mall On 3/30/18 I purchased 6 cartons of cigarettes. They shipped 3 on 6/5/18 after many complaints. As of today 7/28, I have nevered received my other 3 cartons after numerous emails. They lie and promise you the world. Internet

Please stay clear of this web company.  On March 30, 2018 I ordered 6 cartons of cigarettes and paid from an e-check.  The order never came after 4 weeks, so I emailed them and they promised it was lost by the USPS and they would reship.   Another few weeks went by and the order still did not arrive.  I emailed again, since they don't have a phone number for you to speak to anyone, can only leave a message (BIG JOKE).  Finally the end of June I received 3 of the 6 cartons.  Again I emailed (which I have copies of mine to them and their response back) and I always get a response from LARA STEPHENS.  Here it is July 28, 2018 and I still do not have the other 3 cartons.  Now sweet Lara Stephens doesn't even return my emails.  I will email them and call them daily until I get some resolution.  I am not happy about being out over $75 and now they ignore me.
