I placed an order on Sept. 3, 2010 and received a confirmation email on the order. I haven't received my order yet. I have called them several times and always get the same recording "Our office's are now closed and will re-open at 8:00a.m. tomorrow" but they never open. I have tried to go to their website many times and it has been shut down. The e-check I sent for the order has been cashed but I haven't received the product yet and I have no way to get a hold of them.

Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking Act(PACT), Public Law No. 111-154, went into effect back in July. It prohibits the use of U.S. Mail for shipping tobacco products. Fedex and UPS have banned tobacco for years. That said, how were you expecting to receive your product? It was my understanding that virtually all mail order cigarette businesses went out of business months ago. Unless something has drastically changed (of which I could find no evidence), any mail order cigarette companies that are still selling would have to be scams.
