The company says you are approved as a new employee, you are then required to travel to Fort Dodge Iowa (one must rent a car to get from Des Moine to Fort Dodge) Once in Fort Dodge, the company continues to process your application information, administers tests, requires waivers be signed, etc. If one does not want to sign waivers the job seeker is sent home at their expense, receiving no cmopensation for orientation.
Also, long time driver employees are given less miles to run, therefore their take home pay does not increase even if their pay per mile goes up each year.
