No warnings during tenure with SMX/Staff Management. Only told I was not a good fit. I asked for a further explaination. All I got was I supposedly had performance issues. I was the most productive person on the management team and would do anything asked of me within a given time frame with no objection. Nothing further was told to me. After looking at multiple complaints from this company, I have found this is the new normal for these guys. They are cowards and discriminate based on what the client wants of them. This means they will hire hire or fire based on the sole premise of liking or disliking someone, not based on performance. If you are not a puppet, you will not fit in to this company. To all of the hardworking associates, please read this with due care and make the appropriate decisions based on this company.
