I've spent $1000.00s on snap-on tools. We have not had a truck in are area in over 2 1/2 years. They can send someone to post help wanted signs all over but cant service the shop in the area. [ Thats bull crap]. When the truck stop showing up i had a truck credit and they owed me a 1/4 inpack gun. Now its cost me a great deal of money repacing broken tool with new Mac tools. I dont no what happen to this snap-on co. Why they quit giving a s*** about there customers. Im sure glad M** in town. They still care.
