SnarfDogz Clothing offered a slick looking Atari shirt and I ordered it right away. I am posting pictures of what was shown on the site and what I actually received. The item I received is laughable. I contacted Snarfdogz and told him to refund my money. No refunds, exchanges only he said, even though he admitted in the email that he was selling iron-ons, in direct conflict with what was advertised on the site. Why would I want to exchange the shirt for another one that (I assumed) would not look anything like the photo on the site? I really feel like this is a solid case of false advertising. And should I have to follow his no refund policy when I feel that his entire site is full of bogus information?
