SobaKawa National Express National Express, SobaKawa Cloud Pillow Unauthorized Charging. Called from an Info Commercial for the 19.99 deal, ended up paying over 175.00 Norwalk, Connecticut

I am putting together a class action lawsuit against Sobakawa Cloud Pillow & National Express. (the Company that handles their ordering & shipping). My story - I called after watching a inforcommercial for the SobaKawa pillows. They were promoting a 2 pillows for 19.99 special and it seemed like a good deal to me. I called the phone number on the screen and it was an automated ordering process. I pressed 1 for the special and then they gave me about 15 other options to "add" pillows, pillowcases, etc. I said "no" to all of the add on's and at the end of the call they said my total was $175 and hung up. I had no way to cancel my order or to confirm/deny the total. At the end of the call they should have an option to "check" your order before they charge your card. I looked online and found that 100's of people had the same experience. I immediately cancelled my check card that night to try to avoid the charge but it did not work & the following day the 175.00 charge was pending on my account.

I called National Express the next day (after hours of hunting for their number online) and they said that my "order" had already been shipped from the warehouse. I called my bank and they said  there was nothing I could do. Meanwhile all of my regular expenses started coming out of my bank account which over-drafted my checking account. So not only did I not have access to ANY money but I also had "overcharge" fees.  The pillows arrived (7 boxes) the following Saturday and I rejected the order. I called National Express again and explained the whole ordeal and they said there was nothing I could do and I would still be charged for shipping the boxes back to them. I waited about a week and a half and called them back and talked to 4 different managers. They finally agreed to give me a full refund of 175.00 after I had told them I had already contacted a lawyer. I want this company to stop doing this to people, it's wrong. If you have had this happen to you please contact me with your story.  Thank you! On a side note I have never wanted to sue anyone, I just feel like if I don't do something they will continue to prey on people and I want it to stop.(((REDACTED)))
