I ordred a Chivas 2014 home shirt from the site, which claimed the products were authentic and official. It took over 2 months to arrive to me over in the UK and cost me £79 ($116) + aditional £5 charges from my bank for paying internationally. The product was in what appeared to be in an authentic Adidas see through bag and had real looking tags attached, but the material is so horrible and obviously fake. In fact the shirt is permanently creased and wrinkled from being in shipping even after washing it, and after the one wash the print inside that says the sizes and has the Adidas logo on, is already hanging off.

When wearing the shirt it sticks to your skin, even when it's pretty cold. It has literally no ventilation like authentic Adidas shirts do (other than a section on the shoulders). I even compared the shirt to Adidas products that I'd purchased from the offical Adidas website (Colombia 2015 home and Venezuela 2014 home) and it is very obviously fake. Furthermore I compared the shirt they sent to images of real shirts online and the striped pattern isn't the same, also the Adidas logo they have stitched on slightly overlaps onto the white stripe whereas on the real shirt it is directly in the middle of one of the red stripes. The club crest appears to be too large and on the real shirt, there are 'panels' where the sleeve sponsors are, but on this fake shirt those panels don't exist. The Liga MX logo on the sleeve is also absent in the shirt they sent me, which is present on the real one.

I did research before making this report and found multiple claims that the products aren't legit. I searched on Twitter and someone reported LAST YEAR to Nike and NikeMX that they were selling fake Atlas jerseys. I also saw a report on this site that someone had made in which they apparently didn't even receive their product. Lastly, there was a report someone made mentioning that they had asked for a refund via email and that they got no response despite emailing several times regarding the matter.

As an international fan of Liga MX it is very very difficult to purchase a Chivas jersey as most legit sites don't ship to Europe, only to Mexico, USA and Canada. I'm not the only one too so this site could be ripping off a lot of people and seemingly getting away with it.

In the UK claiming to sell legit products and in fact selling fake products is against the Consumer Rights Act which makes it illegal and I'm sure the same law applies in Mexico too.

Hoping someone can help me solve this, thank you
