Social Jitney Avenue Social This company is Fradulent don't do business with them California

I hired Social Jitney to build an app for me. Apparently they started off well on the Design Stage and when they got to the development stage, things started going wrong. I paid $1,000 for initialization stage, then $2,000 for design stage. The initilalization is just to bring the team together so they said. The design stage is to design the app (these are just design pages). This part is easy and anyone can do the design stage. You can easily hire someone on odesk to create design pages for you.

At the development it stage cost $4,000 and I had to pay that upfront. Then they came back to me and said the project Manager Neil Kenneth made a mistake with the costing and have to increase the fee by 50%. So the development stage increased by $8,000. Then I paid another $4,000. 

During the development stage, there were so many mistakes made and I was getting concerned about the expertise of this company. So I decided to do more research on this company. Before, I contracted them they had an inviting website that was functioning and their office phone numbers were working. Then during development their website was down, their office phones numbers stopped working. When you call their office it will go engaged. The project manager wouldn't pick up his calls. So i decided to ask them to stop the project and request for the $8,000. The development stage was never started and I am asking for my money back

The only means of communicating with them is through their Avenue social base camp. Since I am asking for my money back no one is replying me. 

They don't have an office in California they only receive mail there. Don't waste your money on this company they will scam you and get away with it. The company is Social Jitney and Social Avenue. The people who I spoke to are Rachal Simmons, Ghufran Ahmed and Neil Kenneth. If you are discussing with this company don't do it, it is waste of time and money. I have lost $11,000 of my money and I don't have any app to show for it. 

Don't do business with Social Jitney or Social Avenue they are horrible to their customers. I don't think any of them are based in the US maybe india or pakistan. What a big mistake
