I contacted Shankar Rajendran to help me with digital/ social media marketing for my locally owned store. He talked a big game, confusing me with stuff about reach, growth, etc. But after a year of giving him thousands of dollars, I hardly saw a change in my stores online presence. I am so annoyed. He told me to keep waiting. Google had to index it. But it was all lies. AND when I tried to fire him the firt time, he refused to give me the new passwords and login information for my own accounts!
