I looked at socialprofile.com to see who was looking at my facebook profile. I must have entered my credit card # but it was supposed to be a small monthly fee (I don't remember the amount but it was minimal). I don't even think I did the full sign-up because I wasn't impressed with what the site offered, but obviously they already had my cc info.
Then I notice I get charged $49.97....then 4.99...then 9.99. the charges don't stop.
I called and they said they can refund the charges that are under $10 but I have to fill out a form to request additional refunds.
Bottom line...this website doesn't do what it says...and has a million hidden charges. SCAM!!!

disclosed to users at the time of purchase in the Social Profile Terms

Our company policy is to try to resolve all complaints that
our members have about our service. We have added additional customer
service representatives to better service our members and expanded our
refund policy so that hopefully no member that is deserving of a refund
or misinformed about the cost of the membership when signing up will
ever feel the need to go anywhere else to complain other than our
