Social Security Administration Chicago SSi/SSA Harassment, Intimidation, and unfair treatment by the social security administration in Chicago Chicago Illinois

Very disappointed in the apathic behavior at this office. I am 62 years old disabled and living below the 135% poverty guidelines. Receiving $784 in benefits each month and having no other income. I worked the elections in October 2020 and grossing around $1,400 and thereafter calling and reporting this income to the social security administration. They claim that they have no record of it.

I spoke to an operator today by the name of Ms. Miller. She was rude, obnoxious, and unprofessional. She stated that I owe $658 dollars from the income I earned and that they will begin taking $79 out of my checks each month til the money is paid back. I requested a waiver of recovery. The purpose of me working the election was to move from a high crime area here in Chicago (West Garfield). This transition entailed u-haul, movers, move in fee, key deposit, credit check, mandatory rental insurance, my car was also totaled in the midst of the looting and rioting.

I have a service dog: annual dog registration, annual rabbis shot, avid tracker, annual dog friendly registration, annual shots, dog hygiene products, food, rent, electricity, phone, wi fi, hygiene products, toiletries, etc. I have the receipts to amid everything stated. In a time of a pandemic when we all are struggling to make it you would think that there would be a moratorium within this administration, considering the fact that they can not adhere to their own polices.

For example, Ms. Miller and Ms. Thomas 877-409-8426 extension 15573. By the way I left 2 voice messages with Ms. Thomas and she did not return a call. Furthermore, the social security administration states that they will assist me with these forms but how can they when the office is close. I feel as though I am being harassed, intimidated, and bullied by a covert subjective operation within this administration.

I should not be stressed out as I am trying to keep my head above water just like every other poor poverty stricken human being in America. As I stated many times before. Some of these burecratic crooks within these administrations need to be monitored. If they are doing this to me I am sure many other Americans are faced with the same challenges. Finally, I had a bad experience on 2 occasions with the social security administration in the past stating that they did not receive my mail even after the second occasion I sent it certified.

I have about 30 pages of documentation detailing my expenses. I was told by Ms. Miller to drop my mail in a drop box at 2127 W. Lawrence Chicago Illinois 60625 Monday thru Friday 9:00 a.m. thru 4:00 p.m. I will be video recording this information before dropping it in the box. Thank you for reading have a great day.
