I tried out SocialPromotionz.com and in weeks they have delivered 0 likes. Their website reads as if they are the best Facebook fans company in the world, but they are clearly not. I wouldn't even be particularly upset with getting a bunch of fake fans like I read about in other fan sites. I just want my Facebook page to have more than a dozen fans for appearances sake because it feels impossible to market it with such a low number. I have tried to contact them several times but have not received any sort of response! Not professional at all and a waste of money.

As the owner of a SocialPromotionz.com I was disheartened to see anything negative written about our business. We do our best to provide Facebook fans/likes, Twitter followers, YouTube views, and Google +1's to our customers in a timely fashion. If any customer is not satisfied with the work we have accomplished or the amount of time it took to reach the order quantity we do our best to resolve the issue and satisfy the customer quickly. If after all our efforts, a customer is still not satisfied we will refund them. This money back offer is stated clearly on our website as well. The individual that posted the negative remark about us didn't leave a name or contact information with his/her posting. If they had we would do our best to resolve any sort of issue they may have had with our service. Because of the competition our business faces, and the fact that we are one of the top providers of fans/likes/followers/views I am led to believe the comment was posted by one of our competitors and is in fact totally false.
