Kaanza.com - Softech Worldwide Shipping scam Sterling Virginia

I shopped heavily for a 15" 6-Way Pyle PA Speaker (PADH-1589) and the best price I could find, including shipping and handling, was at kannza.com. After placing it in my cart it asked my zipcode for a shipping estimate. The shipping estimate was $11.70. I purchased the speaker using PayPal. A few hours after I placed the order and the funds had been transfered to Kaanza I received an email from PayPal requesting an additional $51.30. I called Kaanza and left a message for them to return my call. He did and then tried to explain that it was only an estimate and that the actual shipping cost was $63 and that I owed the additional funds. After back and forth arguing about the charges I finally told him I was NOT going to pay the added shipping and that I was going to contact the Idaho State Attorney Generals office if he did not refund my PayPal account. He said he would and he did within 2 minutes. I could tell that this was not the first time this had happened and I got the impression it was standard opperating procecure.
