I purchased 500 thread linens from this company fully expencting them to be soft based on their name. Not only did I expect this from their name I called customer service and was assured that they would be thin and soft. What I got was thick and hard as cardboard - the linens are grossly misrepresented - this company is a fraud.

I asked that I be refunded the shipping charges as well as the cost of returning the linens and the company refused. I disputed these charges on my credit card and Softlines contested the dispute and I am out nearly $20 from the $69 I paid for the linens - what a ripoff.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS RIPOFF COMPANY. IF YOU DO YOU WILL BE SORRY AS I HAVE BEEN. THE MERCHANDISE FROM THIS COMPANY IS NOT SOFT AND IT IS INFERIOR.
