SOFTWARE DOCTOR INC. RecordsArea.com - Paid for Lifetime Membership via CLICKBANK MARKETPLACE-Site and Login Page No Longer Available, Internet

I purchased a VIP Lifetime Membership for the people search site, RecordsArea.com, which was published by SOFTWARE DOCTOR INC.  I purchased my membership via ClickBank Marketplace in September 2007.

I bookmarked the site and in the past I have had to update the bookmark because the link for the site had changed, so I was directed to another page to sign in.  The service was very useful to me when I had to use it, as I am the contact person for my high school's class reunions.

I find myself in need of the service again for other purposes, but the last bookmark that I had for the site does not direct me to another page as it has in the past.  I have spent numerous hours searching for a place for members to login to the service and I even tried to e-mail the service at the e-mail address that I had used in the past to contact their support group, but the e-mail came back as undeliverable.

I do not know if this service has been purchased by another company and possibly renamed.  I do not know anything about what is going on and why I can't find the service.  If the service was purchased from the publisher, SOFTWARE DOCTOR INC., by another company then it is my opinion that all members should have been notified.

So, now I basically have a VIP Lifetime Membership for no service.  I am very upset and if I had known that this was going to happen I would not have paid for a lifetime membership.

I was very happy with the service, but what good does it do me now when I am not able to find it.  This experience has taught me a valuable lesson.  I will never purchase a lifetime membership for anything ever again.
