SOFTWARE HQ Over-charging credit cards Internet

This company is completely bogus and quickly over-charged my credit card.... the first time it's happened in my web career but finally.

I have reported them to this state's attorney general but doubt they will find them.

I contacted my VISA card company and they reported that that charge was "pending" and thus I pleaded with them to cancel the order. Even a supervisor said "they can't do that" as they have to wait until the deal is completed. VISA then said at that point they will go after the company and that website's origin. Good luck.
