I ordered Photo Impact 10 on 4/11/06 and paid $29.95 for it plus rush processing and rush shipping. I received it on 4/15 and it was the wrong software. It was a CD with several different titles on it, one of which was a trial version of the version I ordered that was supposed to be a full version.

I tried to install it anyway and it didn't have a product key with it so i couldn't even use it. I called the only number for them from the website and was told that they were just the order number and that it was Saturday and they couldn't help me.

They told me to go to the web site and request a return authorization number so I did. I never received a response on that either.

Monday 4/17/06 I called again and a guy took all my information and said he would forward the message to the headquarters and mark it urgent. Still I didn't receive a response from them per email or by phone. They would not give out the number to the actual people. They said they didn't have it all they could do was send them an interoffice email.

Tuesday 4/18/06 i call them back and explain everything again. I was hung up on, spoken rude to when I called back, and had to demand for 10 minutes to speak to a supervisor. Again the supervisor took all my information and said she'd send it to them and mark it urgent. I went back to the website and requested another return authorization number and left a request for a response in the 'contact us' section.

I still have not heard a thing from them.DO NOT do business with these people unless you want to lose your money. When they screw up... they make you pay return shipping AND pay to have the correct software sent back to you. STAY AWAY from them regardless of what they have on sale.
