This report is simply not true. During the almost 1 year of partnering with Icon Martketing our portal shows a total of 6 customers whose information was sent to us. 3 of which we never received an email or phone call from, and 2 that were not in our service area. One of the leads was a solar company trying to sell us products. We have email documentation of every correspondance we have had with Icon. These emails show a detailed back and forth with little to no help from them when ever issues arose. Icon continuously accused us of not providing information or changing our password, indicating that the problems arising from their site and services were somehow our fault. Icon is dishonest and does not live up to their arrangements. They said they were committed to 100% satisfaction guaranteed and we are completely disatisifed. Our service area for residential solar is San Diego ONLY which we plainly told them multiple times. Icon continued to send us residential leads that were not in our service area and then accused us of not informing them of our service area. One of the leads was a warranty repair for another company's installation. We have a full file with all our correspondance with this company, every email we have sent them in our office, which can be reviewed by anyone that is interested to see the evidence.
