Simply ask your Lawyer that you always threaten everybody with...That picture is not evidence!  Unless you have the accused subject in the photo holding/using the pipe, and then followed with a drug test, it means nothing.  You must have substantial evidence before you can accuse.

By the way...I DO NOT support drug use, especially at work.  By the way, you would have to drug test 50% of your staff or you could be charged with discrimination.  Ask you Lawyer about that as well.  Of course any upper management person that had his head screwed on right would already know this.  Actually I think the individual should at least file for unemployment compensation for being terminated with unjust cause because your picture is not enough evidence.  Not that I care about the guy, but I already know what kind of morals you have.  And I DO have the evidence.

This picture of the "CRACKPIPE" is not staged. This is for real. How would you know anyway? Were you there? NO. Do you support the use of drugs in the work place?

The picture that was posted claiming to be a particular individuals "crackpipe" means nothing.  It could be anybodies property and was staged to look like that.  All that photo means is that you have in YOUR possession a picture of a "crackpipe".  I think your case would be more substantial if your company enforced regular piss tests from all level of employees including management.  That would be more realistic.

As far as the accuser claiming that the pipe was found in his work desk is totally unfounded because there is no work desk with employees at "SOLAR WORLD" Tempe AZ according to the Arizona Corporation Commission as of todays list of accredited businesses.  After all, that is the way that you signed your rebuttal.

All I can gather is that there are more and more complaints from many different individuals, for pretty much the same reasons, against Dariusz.  He and his following group of boot lickers, which will become guilty by association, keep pointing the finger at other people for all the trouble that he has created.  When the ship starts to sink, we will see all the rats run.

chuck needs to take a good, hard look in the mirror and see who really has been mismanaging the company...buys all kinds of toys for himself, has his entire family on his payroll doing NOTHING, had a secret bank account, siphering money from THE CUSTOMERS....go ahead and play the blame game chuck...you want to be a BOSS but you have NO CLUE what a boss is. STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY....esp after watching the white trash in the beginning of the segment....a true reflection of this company. And the sad reality is these innocent customers are caught in the middle of TOTAL INCOMPETANCE!

Ex employee took hundreds of thousands of $$$, joke, big joke, owner of the company has all his family members on payroll (ghost payroll), he is buying equipment, company does not need, tens of thousand of dollars of it. Hiring to many managers because he is just pure lazy. People please do not believe his story. Installing dozens of solar water heaters with out a Arizona licence, running illegal telemarketing room. Stay away from this company. And his financing bank pulled away for 2 months because owner was not polite to them (nasty) Those are the reasons company is where it is.

WOW what a story, I guess the owner needs to blame someone for them not having any money, so blame someone who is not there. I know Chuck and he is not telling the truth. Just look how his employees act so you can imagine how he is. I would never trust a company that allows their employees to act that way. If I was that homeowner I would demand my money back. We have a solar company and this gives a bad report to all solar companies.

I am confused....you say you got fired so now you can wash your hands of all the problems.  But Chuck Hauck says that you stole all the money, and ransacked the office, then ran away to Illinois, so then HE is free of problems.  So if He is free of problems and You are free of problems...whom is left to fix the problems?????

As a matter of fact (since it is public knowledge)   the Arizona Attorney General has opened an investigation.  RE: CIC 12-08835  SOLAR ONE SHOP.  With the recent media complaints of other consumers left empty handed, this should be interesting.  It was on public television and written in the papers that Chuck H. complains that you stole hundreds of thousands of dollars.  Perhaps you two should get together and get your story straight.

I am starting to think that you have hard time understanding the process of your project. Let me explain it to you.
If job is not approved by county you can have a $10000000000000000000000000000000.00 in company bank account and you still can not finish (complete the job).
On top of that I will still politely remind you that I am no longer with that company ( 4 months).
So you should concentrate on people that are still with the company, that can do something to complete your project Not my self. 
See how it works in working world, the moment someone is terminated, there is nothing they can do (legally) to trespass or get involved in someones else business.
And my high amount of intelligence will not allow me to get angry with you, insulting me here from post to post.
I got to tell you, if you would spend this amount of time contacting Solar One Shop you just might accomplish something.

Dariusz, even if what you say is true that you were kicked to the curb, it will not absolve you of your legal obligations.  Your name is on the contract, you received the cashiers check, and I have witnesses.  Remember all the neighbors that were sitting at the table when we were negotiating?  Tell that to your legal council.  My summary of you and your ethics are the same...a man without his word is nothing...and you my dear Dariusz are NOTHING.  Again, I invite you to bring me to court, put your money (or should I say, MY money) where your mouth is.

I do understand your frustration, and I really do feel for you. I also don't blame you for your anger with Solar One Shop, since you were promised your solar system installation by owner of Solar One Shop on various dates, for the past few months. You have paid them $39000.00 cash, (check that was cashed) up front out of your own bank account. I am also sorry (at this point) that at that time I was in charge of your account, taking over for MR Martinez, which was your original sales representative.
But I have nothing to do with your account for months (or have any control) since owner of Solar One Shop decided to get rid of me (fire me) by changing all locks in the office and packing my desk in to a box months ago. Believe me or not, after that I offered him help, but he refused. When I called him last time (months ago) he said he will be using my name to blame for company actions. I said it is OK for a short time and  I said to use it gently (just to help him out again)(stupid me!!!). 
I have learned that he is blaming me for everything what Solar One Shop is doing or have done to its customers since its beginning. My attorney is handling it as we speak.
But I do not  agree with you using my name over the internet, especially on this site (they do not remove posts), that quickly appears in search engines through out the world, giving my friends, my family and others all over the world mixed opinions about my self which are very important to me. And because of that my attorney will bring this matter to court.

Dariusz Bialowes, you may be in Illinois now but you ran away from a mess you created in Arizona.  You were in my house, sitting at my table, promising me a fabulous solar project.  You took my $39,000.00 11 months ago and I still do not have the solar system that you signed your name on the contract for.  Now on the TV Channel 3 news there is another family talking about the same thing but $34,000.00 and they do not have what they paid for.  If anybody in Illinois has a brain in their head, they will read this and stay far, far away from you.  And I dare you to take me to court, PLEASE DO.  You promised me you would finish this job.  A man with out his word is NOTHING !!!  You are nothing.

Just to set the record straight, and for future court purposes, My Arizona Contracting with out a licence cases were 3 dismissed, and 3 are in Supreme court pending an appeal. Which will be also dismissed due to LLC law protecting i'ts members from any company wrongdoing. And I repeat (I'ts members, which were more than my self, but for reasons I can't disclose in this report, ROC had decided to chase me out of 4 member of LLC). How did I got so lucky??? Ironic isn't it. And all these cases have absolutely nothing to do with Solar 1 Shop LLC an Illinois corporation. Which is fully licensed, in good standing, has engineers on staff, and total combined experience has decades of experience in the renewable industry. 
Your accusations are toward the company that you have never investigated, you have never hear any complaint about, and most of all is located about 1700 miles from where you live. And as far as I know
looking at your history of you moving from state to state (why? questionable) last time you were in vicinity of Midwest were long years ago. Therefore we will seek justice for trying to ruin company reputation, and any financial loses caused by this and other reports posted by your self in both Arizona and Illinois court of law. 

I repeat, I demand that you provide a proof of your statement, including any names of dissatisfied customers or any events that could proof your statement is credible of any Illinois wrongdoing by my self or my company. All these statements written by you and my self will presented in court of law.

Well PETE B ( I will respond with full amount of intelligence not using your full name) I just found out about your new Ripoff report article. Let me tell you why in Arizona I got in trouble with ROC, it was because of people like you, viscous , jealous, heaters, and corrupted ROC agents, I can go on and on. I have no idea what motivate you to continue to ruin my personal name and reputation I have worked for. It took me long 20 years here in the Midwest market to earn consumers trust by providing them with honest, high quality service. By the way if you don't know, I was an owner of one of the largest flooring company in Illinois for 6 years with out one complaint, and nothing but happy satisfied customers. Frankly, after analyzing what had happened in the past few weeks between you and Charles H, I thought I could make a peace with you, (understanding what you're coming from as a SWH installer), But this time unfortunately you have gone to far.
