Artemus Moore (also known as Art or Artie) had opened a Solavei store on Blanco Rd, then closed it and re-opened one on West Ave was working on opening one on Callaghan Rd per our last face to face conversation.  His local objective is to open as much Solavie stores in San Antonio as possible.

I am writing this report to warned people about this man due to my unpleasant experience with him.  I wanted to sell my Solavei SIM cards as I decided that Solavei was not for me, though it appears to work for other people.  So I made this known to him and he stated he would be on the lookout to see if anyone was interested.

He contacted me over a month ago to say that he had a couple of people interested and so we met in a restaurant parking lot on a Thursday, and I had a couple of people with me including my sponsor, and I gave him the SIM cards confirming the price with him.  He stated he would contact me in a couple of days and that we would meet around the same area.

During a couple of texts regarding potential customers on Friday, he stated that the people should be getting with him that day or Saturday.  I texted him on Monday about another potential customer and asked about the SIM cards.  He then changed and stated it should be sold by that next Friday or Saturday.

So I waited a week and texted him on that following Monday, no response.  I finally called him, he cut me off and stated he would call right back, no response occurred.  I later called back in the evening and he rudely stated not to ever call him, to text or email instead.  When I asked about the SIM cards he stated he was a busy man and he would gave me an update whenever and hung up.  He totally ignored the fact that he was not responding to my text messages.

Then I sent an email stating I would like to meet to get my SIM cards back.  He sent a crude email stating he was doing me a favor and I was making demands?  Then proceed to tell me to bug off (the f word) and not to ever contact him again.

This man excused himself from the transaction and walked away with my SIM cards, with no conscious, as if he was the victim and because he is too ‘busy’ to be bothered with being questioned.  Under normal circumstances, I would never have given him the cards without payment, however I expected it to be a quick turnaround and there to be some level of trust due to his position but that was my error.

My sponsor texted him about my cards and apparently he responded to the first message, as if in favor of returning the cards but not wanting to deal with me, but when it was time to set up a place to meet he never responded to anymore of his text messages either.

Anyone who takes another person’s property, as their own without fulfilling a compensation agreement or returning them, is a thief and additionally under false pretenses is a liar as well as deceptive.  I had doubts about some of his other business practices and this experience confirmed for me that I was probably correct.  Based on my experience, this man is unethical is not to be trusted under any circumstances because if one has no integrity in one area, how can you trust he will in others?

I filed a complaint with Solavei and they stated that the cards are not allowed to be sold and that he would get a warning.  Basically there is nothing they can do if someone, who is representing them, have no character or integrity.  I just want to say that I don’t have anything against Solavei and I believe it to be a good company.  If anyone is interested in signing up, I strongly suggest that you find someone was is reputable and not in this man’s organization.  Here is Solavei’s number 1-866-765-2834 if you want to research a particular sponsor or require more information about their program.  As I said, they provide a good service but unfortunately there are some out there that give them a bad name.
