 After numerous problems attributed to start up issues, training new customer service reps, etc, the person who got me involved in the cell phone program said to be patient the company was working on resolving problems. 

I spent hours on hold waiting to speak to customer service. I left messages but received no return calls. When I finally gave up on the whole process I was given a return authorization code and told I would receive a refund on the phone  I bought.  I didn't receive a refund.

When I followed up I was told that I would not get a refund because I didn't return the phone within the initial 14 days. I emailed the CEO, Ryan Wuerch, who emailed me back saying customer service would get back to me. When they didn't I followed up with him again via email. He assured me someone would contact me.

They didn't. I feel the company claims they don't advertise because it's people you know providing a phone service you want at a reasonable price.

The price is not the problem it's the lack of custoomer service and follow up especially not receiving the promised refund.  I have letters to the State's Attorney General's office, the Better Business Bureau, the US Department of Consumer Affairs, and local media in Orlando where they are hosting an event. 

I would not recommend this company to anyone based on the lack of responsiveness and customer support.

Solavei is a reputable company

I have been an active member in Solavei and have never heard of any problems such as you are describing.

When I first signed up, I did need to reach customer support and called their corporate offices. I left a message that was returned in 45 minutes. The employee at Solavei corporate offices was pleasant, helpful, processed my refund, and I signed up again (it was an error I had done when signing up initially, not the company's fault).

When calling their call center for support, I have never been on hold for hours, and none of the people I have enrolled have been either.

Solavei does not sell phones, so there are some untruths in your statement.

The reason Solavei doesn't spend their customer's money on advertising (AT&T, Sprint, Verizon spend over $36 Billion annually) is to allow people to earn income doing what they do daily - use their cell phones. 220,000 members have enrolled in 9 months, and Solavei has paid out over $7 Million to the people that want to earn extra income, as little or as much as they choose based on their efforts.

Because the person who sponsored you didn't provide the leadership they should have, that is a separate issue, not Solavei's fault. You should also have talked to a more informed active member before choosing your sponsor.

In a short period of time, my cell phone service is free, and so is service for many of the people I enrolled. The extra income covers all of my bills, and gives me one less worry - the stress that comes when you don't have enough money left over at the end of the month. Now that I am earning more than I was when I had my 9-5 job, I really enjoy the time I can now spend with my daughters which I wasn't able to do before I got involved in Solavei.
