I signed a contract for a personal loan with this website - www.sollairesolutions.com
The agent I was working with is Arlene Foster.
I was skeptical at first, but I did as much research as I could and she talked a very good game. She said they were
BBB and FBI approved, and that they had no complaints against them, I couldn't find any complaints and
eventually came to the conclusion they were legit - well I was very wrong.
Due to my average - below average credit rating I had three options to secure my loan. I chose option #3, which
was to pay my first and last months monthly payments. The only payment option was to MoneyGram money order
the fund to them. This is where I was hesitant, but again, she convinced me. I'm not one to fall for this kind of stuff
either.
I was supposed to have the loan funds deposited into my account within 6-hours of making the payment.
I did not receive the funds, so I tried to contact her all day long but did not succeed. Eventually I contacted
customer service who gave me her "manager's" phone #. He then went on to say I owe an additional $450 before I
can have my funds released. This is where I knew I had been scammed.
Now I do not have the loan I was expecting and on top of that I am out an additional $540 from MoneyGram order
I sent to secure the loan. I NEEDED this money. She very well knew I had a mortgage payment to make yesterday
and a 5 year old son to care for and buy groceries for. I am in big trouble now as I do not have enough money to
pay my bills and mortgage after sending them that payment.
The phone # she provided during the ordeal was 1-800-767-2942. However, I just searched her site info using
scam advisor.com and I see that she has changed her # to 1-800-205-0568.
Customer service phone # is 1-800-767-2062 - He goes by the name of Robert. Her manager's phone # is
1-800-615-1298.

Do not fall vicitm for their scam like I did. They are hearltess. They were very well aware I had a morgage payment to make and a 5 year od child to care for. Now I have no money availabke, not even to buy groceries!! I made certain financial desisions in the days elaing up to receiving this loan based on the fact that I would actually receive the funds. Now I am literally ruined.

Something has to be done to stopt these crooks!

I'm so sorry to hear this has just ahpened to you! Beleive me, I feel your frustration and pain - I almost lost my house due to falling behind on my mortagge payemnts because of these people.

It's too bad you didnt see my post prior to your incident. Before going through with it when it happened to me, I searched and searched online for anything that might tell em they weer a scam, but NOTHING! So the purpose of my post was to warn others that may be considering a loan with them and think otherwise.

Ths happened to me back in March and I'm still trying to fix the finanical mess it put me in - and I was already in a financial mess prior to this scam! Hence the desperation that allowed me to proceed with it. The pain and frustration of the whole ordeal was finaly stating to fade - than I just read your post and all the feelings just came flooding back.

Your "Nina Collins" is definitely none other than the "Arlene Foster" I had the pleaure to deal with. My local law enforcement wouldn't allow me to submit a report because of somthing to do with me signing the contract - it made it a civil mater or something along those lines so I'd have to go through the courts if I wanted to do anything about it. But obviously do not have the funds availabe to take that route.

I reported to BBB and even the FBI fraud department but NO ONE seems to care. How easy would it be for the FBI to shut these guys donw - but they don;t seem to give a you knwo what unfortuantely.

Please keeo me updated in regards to your progress should you choose to continue speakign with your attorney and pressing charges or whatever it is that will be done. They need to be stopped!

I just read your report and I was FLOORED. The same exact thing happended to me. Heres my story:

I first received the email that you did giving me 3 options to choose from to secure my loan of $5000. I didnt have any colateral or a co signer, so I picked option 3, which was to pay $500 to secure my loan. It was suppose to have been my first and last months payment, just like you said happended to you. SO, I went to a local loan company and was able to secure a $300 loan, and then when I got paid, I used $200 from my paycheck. The company name that I was dealing with was called. "Rossway Lending Solutions". I, like you, was VERY skeptial inasmuch as I am a law enforcment officer. I had spoken on the phone and through email NUMEROUS times to a woman name "Nina Collins". I was beyond hesitant to proceed as all red flags were pointing to this being a scam, BUT I was in such desperate need of the money I really had NO choice. I had been turned down everywhere I went due to a very very low credit score. At first I thought that this was to good to be true but like I said, it ALL looked legit. They told me the same thing they told you that they were in good standing with the BBB and the FBI, which I thought odd for a business to state that they were good with the FBI, but again....desperate need. I sent them my last 3 check stubs, my drivers license, a utility bill, etcc...They sent me LEGIT LOOKING paperwork/contract to sign, which I did. It had all my terms spelled out. I was going to get $5000 with 3 years to pay it back with an intrest rate of 7.9%. I was really leary of such a great intrest rate bc my credit was SO bad, but again.....desperate. They, just like you, told me to wire money using Money Gram to a Robert Jones in Canada. They told me that he was a courrier. I was also promised that they money would be in my bank account my 5:00 pm that same day. Well, this was on a Friday. It was the Friday prior to Easter on Sunday. Well, 5:00 came and went.......no money. Nina called me and told me that the money was delayed bc of the Holiday. She said since the money was coming from Canada, that the Candian banks were closed on Friday in observance of Easter. I thought......yeah right, BUT I googled it and sure enough, Candian banks are in fact closed the Friday (good Friday) prior to Easter. So I thought......ok, maybe this was legit. Well, Nina corresponded all day/night on Friday with me. I told her how nervous I was and how I thought this was all a scam, etcc.. She assured me it was all legit and that my money would be in my account Saturday by noon and that she worked Saturday, so I called call her if I needed. Well, noon on Saturday came and went.......you guessed it, no money. I tired and tried to call "Nina", but no answer. Tried "customer service. Voicemail. Well, Monday morning I sent "Nina" an email (trying to scare her) and told her that I had made a police report with my local Sheriffs Department and that since it was MORE than $500 taken from me (with surcharges I paid $527 to wire the money) it was a FELONY and I assured her she would get caught. I never actually made the report, BUT I did make a complaint with the BBB. I told Nina that I had made said report with the BBB in my email as well. Nina finally responds and flys off the handle. She was BEYOND rude/hateful in her email and told me that she had been out sick and that was why she didnt return my call. I told her that I just wanted my money refunded. She told me that she couldnt do that since I had made a police report and the BBB. She told me that my account had been sent to legal and that anything further contact would be from legal. I sent her a LONG and not so nice email back and asked for the contact info to legal. Not only did she flat out tell me in her email response that she was not reading my email, she told me that it was going to be forwarded to legal as well. I sent Nina email after email for about a month with no response and no phone call from legal either. Well, about the beginning of May, 2017, I called up customer service and to my suprise, a human answered. I told them that I need to speak to someone in legal. I was given the name of RYAN BLAKE and the following phone number to call: 1-800-615-1298 (same number in your post that you were given). I called and talked with Mr. Blake at length. He told me that he knew about my situation with Nina, that they had had numerous complaints about her and she had since been fired.  He told me that Nina had messed up my paperwork, and that was why my money was never received. He told me that if I could send $420 more, he would release my funds (sound fimiliar???). WELL..........at least at this point, you knew you had been scammed. I, unfourtnatley, was still lin desperate (even more so now than before........to the point of losing my home) need of said money, so I sent it. This time I wired it to a Sean Morton in Candada. When I asked Mr. Blake why it was going to someone else when the first time I had sent it, it went to a Robert Jones, and I was told that these people were just "courriers" and did the pick of the money only. After I sent the money, Mr. Blake assured me that it would be in my account by 5:00pm that same day, well, it wasnt. Numerous calls and emails to Mr. Blake.......no answers. FINALLY, I got a call from someone there named "Travis" who said he was Mr. Blake boss. I was SO upset I was crying on the phone and cussing.......it was bad. Long story short, Mr. Travis THEN HAD THE NERVE to tell me that in order to get my funds released, I would need to send in $400 additional dollars. I told Mr. Travis to go to somewhere VERY warm and hung up. This was last week. I have since gone and made an appt with an attorney and plan on filing a law suit against these people and I have made a poice report (for real this time) with the Sherriffs Office for FELONY Theft by Taking. Do I think that these people will ever be found or punished........NO, but I am going to do all I can in my power to find them. THESE are the people that need to be shut down. I feel sick to my stomach when I think how many people they have been able to scam. People, just like me, who are in DESPERATE need of the money will do just about anything to get it.............even if their gut is telling them its a scam. I am sure they prey on the eldery as well. I just hate it SO bad. I hate that it happened to me and I hate that it happended to you. Oh, and the "company" Mr. Blake worked for: TOTAL DIRECT SOURCE. WHen I called the 800-615-1298 # a few moments ago, it is no longer a working #. These people screwed me out of about $1000.
