I'd like to make sure you are aware as well. As I explained on the phone Solo, I called multiple different times/days before I sent the email. Check out the dates of emails Solo. It took you 3 days to respond to an email sent on a Tuesday. It's clear, Solo, we have VERY different definitions of what a timely response is.
Have you Google'd yourself Solo? This was not an isolated incident. And then to be rude and not give me your name, after not accepting responsibility for your inadequacies as a business manger/owner is completely unacceptable. See how I responded within an hour? That's timely.
Best of luck, with your level of customer service being so low you could trip over it, you'll need it.

At least they have tried contacting you to try to make things right which is more than I can say for most business. What is wrong with trying to make a bad right? I am a fan of Group on, been a member for two years I also had to get a refund from an incompetent fool's spa but as soon as Groupon found out my dissatisfaction and the reasons they refunded me with multiple apologies and I have not seen that business anymore. That is how a good business runs it's business. So let Groupon in good faith make it right, they owe you that so let them pay.
