I found the SoloShot online while watching cool videos on youtube. I thought, what a great way to film myself doing archery or mtn biking. I saw there was a SoloShot 2 coming out soon. It said to allow 4 weeks before it would ship. I figured, new product, popular. Sure. So I wait the 4 weeks... In fact I waited 5 weeks. No email, no tracking number. So I call their number. Girl answers. Friendly and all. Informs me that it is shipping Monday. (It was Friday at the time I believe.) Tells me there will be an email with tracking number sent when they ship it. Monday came and went. No email. So I call Tuesday. Phone number no longer is answered. Goes to voicemail. I have left messages. No response. I ordered it 5 weeks ago now. I wouldn't be worried but no answer on phone and no return call or emails.

The SoloShot finally arrived just a few weeks late. I immediately went to use it and of course more trouble. It appears there are parts that don't seem to work. I have contacted SoloShot and am waiting for response from their "tech support".
