I have been a memebr of Freebies.com for sometimenow and have gottena lot of free stuff. SOMNAPURE IS using "GET FREE STUFF" web site to scam you out of $35.00. THe website directs you through several pages. On each page it directs your attention to FREE Trial Sample. $2.99 for shipping with no obligation to purchase anything more.

Under the terms, in Ultra fine print it repeats this claim. FREE, pay only #2.99 shipping, no obligation to purchase anything more. IT is worded in cuch as way as yourmind believes the only cost will be $2.99. In the last part of the terms it has a few words indicating that if you dont cancel (WHAT ARE YOU CANCELLING A FREE TRAIL) within 17 days they will asume you wnat to sign up for thier VIP progrm in which case you wilbe billed $35.00 per month/ The compnay never sends you an email regarding your FREE samplke nor your asumed memebrship. nor do they even ask IF you received the FREE sample. Teh reason is obvious about 21 days after you request your  FREE sample and your chargecard gets billed $35.00 under a compnay names PEAK LIFE.

WHEn you call they flatly refuse to refund my money even though I have not received the ! month supply they claim to have sent.

 This is an intended RIPOFF.

Painful Confirmation of Somnapure Scam

AUTHOR: Edmond - ()

POSTED: Saturday, December 20, 2014

Sadly I also fell for the free Somnapure offer of just paying $2.99 shipping which I paid with my debit card. Found the product was no help whatsoever as a sleep aid. Was surprised  to get similar bottle shipped to me the next two consecuitive months.

Just checked my bank account and found the following charges:

12/12/14 RECURRING PAYMENT AUTHORIZED ON 12/11 FCF*Somnapure 877-8693304 $37.08

11/12/14 CHECK CRD PURCHASE 11/11 FCF*Somnapure 877-8693304 MA  $37.08

10/14/14 CHECK CRD PURCHASE 10/12 FCF*Somnapure 877-8693304 MA  $37.08

I have made no contact with Somnapure or Peak Life since my application for a free sample so I intend to get my bank to at least get  a refund for this latest charge since it fraudulently says "RECURRING PAYMENT AUTHORIZED ON 12/11" which is categorically untrue

How major retailers like Walmart continue to support an enterprise that perpetrates a caculated scam on American consumers is shocking.
