Sonny Benutiz is an absolute sleeze bag. He represents REMAX sherman oaks as World Class Representation but all he is is a world class A-hole. He pretends to know about real estate but in the end all he wants to do is slam a quick pay check or he wants nothing to do with you. His service is terrible his patience is worse and his overall attitude is piss poor. He also is involved in fraudelent activity in regards to ticket servicing to major events. Watch out for this guy he is bad news
