 I've been dealing with these two YoYos for sometime now (since 2012), and always assumed their EXCUSES where legit. They claim all their work is to benefit VETERAN'S.... The only veterans that are benefiting from this con/non profit is James "Sonny" Salande, and his side kick Steve Thomas! I've seen so many people pissed off coming and going from this establishment from it taking way longer than expected to way over priced from the orginal agreement, and not to forget mentioning unpaid services on sub out work. I gave countless hours and money to this Hack job known as Sonnys mancave or AKA Excuses body shop "Best hack job in town!" I should've listened to my insurance company on body shops, but I thought they did quality work. Now I know better. Mr scracth, bubbles, and peeling paint himself is only worried about his toys and how he can over charge or play victim to being taken advantage of his lousy services. Sonny is a very unfriendly, strange, and supposedly war torn veteran that lies and will not stand behind his work because its never his fault. Im a combat Veteran that supports helping another Veteran's out. I do not stand with or behind this lousy con/non profit anymore. I will get my car fixed right, and spend my hard earned money fixing a mistake that was already paid in full. I WOULDN'T TRUST THIS SHOP AND HE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS!!! But of course if your in search of high dollar shitty service and a boat load of Excuses look no further!!! #SONNYSACON!!!!
