Sony Computer Entertainment America, Inc. SCEA , Sony I purchaced item's from the Playstation Home Store and didnt recieve my items i purchaced. When i contacted customer services they told me all sales where final even though i never recieved any items! Internet, Nationwide

I purchased some digital items on the PlayStation store and didn't receive anything at all for my money. When i called Sony about the issue they said "all sales were final". I would avoid purchasing ANYTHING from the Sony PlayStation store as you may not get anything for your money and "all sales are final" apparently even if you received NOTHING for your money.

All digital items are stored in history on your PSN account. If you go back to the Playstation store, go to the upper right hand corner, there will be 'Purchase History'. Select the missing item from that list and select re-download item. Once the item downloads, don't forget to install it from the respective area of the XMB.
