Soozee Kim and Michael Waddington's word and checks are no good. She will say or promise anything to delay. Any paperwork they provide is a joke with disconnected phone numbers. I understand a man from North Bend has contacted the FBI because this paperwork involves people in Missouri so their fraud is crossing state lines. You can get more information on these two at Hart Workflow for Public Records in Snohomish County. Search their names and the list of leins, judgements and Notice of Trustee's Sales come up. It shows the list of people/companies they have already screwed over and there are many more not on there yet. As for my six month long nightmare with sooZEE Kim it's too long and involved to list here but after six months it was rewarding to throw her gawdy crap out of my house although the smell has been a lot harder to eliminate. sooZEE conned her real estate agent into giving them the key to my house before they ever paid a dime AND conned that agent in to giving them a loan. That's why this agent is still forced to be tied to her because sooZEE conned her twice.
