Took my money and did not provide a service, scammed and robbed me blind, than blocked me los angeles, Odenton, Eldersburg, Ellicott City, Towson, Severna Park, Catonsville, Annapolis, Frederick, Rochester, Buffalo, Albany, Nevada Henderson, Boulder City, Fernley, Baltimore, Betheda, Colu, california, Baltimore, Las Vegas, Arizona, Maryland, New York, Utah, Main, Alabama, Alaska, Mississippi, Kansis City, Philadelphia,

Sophia Ritter was referred to me through a friend of mine to do my company website. We talked on the phone and I explained to her what kind of wesbite I envisioned for my company website and  also emailed her examples so she could get a visual understanding. She agreeded that she could do a wordpress so I sent all of my website info over for her to get started.

At the same time, I paid my deposit January 18, 2019 at 12:09am in which was half of the orignal price she charged me to get started on the work. I was promised one- two weeks of completion of my website than I would pay the other half.

After two weeks passed, she said she wasn't done with the site and needed some more time. I did not sweat her and I understood making a website can takes some time. Beside I had already seen her work prior to paying her to do my site so I knew her capabilities. 

Another week had went by and I didn't hear from her so I called her and she told me give her a few days and she will have it done. I called her after a few days and still nothing. It got to the point she started ignoring our phone so I kindly asked for a refund because the communication became bad.

I've made several attempts to contact her via phone, email, instagram, and twitter, but was blocked from all communication. She even blocked the person that refereerd me to her. Once I notice I was blocked I went to my person page to confirm that she blocked me and it was true. She didn't know my personal page to block me just my company page.

I gave her time to send the money back and no reply, no answer when it came to sending me my money back. in the meantime I was getting emails from wordpress saying that she was going online changing all my info and payment info and requesting a refund from wordpress which should have been giving to me. 

Once I reaized she wasnt going to give me the refund from wordpress. I sent her a cash app request refund asking for the money back and she declined it from cash app and block me from sending her any more request via cash app. 

I had reach out to the Cash App refund department and also reach out to paypal for the request. I highly doubt I will get the all hundreds of dollars i sent her back but I wanted to write this for everyone who deals with Sophia Ritter and her company Her Story and or Shop Her Story to let them know she is a fruad, scammer, and not to do business with her or her company. she will rob you out of your money and not gives to shits about the outcome. 

Sophia Ritter is not to be trusted with your passwords, accounts info, money, cleints, business, or nothing period.  she will make you look bad and ruin tons of friendships and business relationships.
